As a student in Vietnam, I think we should improve our communication skills. They involve listening, speaking, observing and empathising. It is helpful to understand the differences in how to communicate through face-to-face interactions, phone conversations and digital communications like email and social media. They also allow you to express yourself effectively when you work with other people.

Although it has appeared for a long time, but recently, critical thinking has been really interested in Vietnam. It is also a "fatal" weakness that many people have. In a nutshell, when you don't have critical thinking, you work like a machine, you listen like a robot. The boss says whatever you do. During a discussion, you just listen to the opinions of others, then follow without your own stance or opinion.
In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, you cannot be like a machine. You must have your own ideas, opinions, thoughts, and creativity.
To understand simply, you must have a questioning, contributing, critical thinking (contradicting) what you think may be different, maybe there is a different solution.
The practice of critical thinking is extremely necessary, because thanks to critical thinking, you will form a habit, know how to approach a multi-dimensional and flexible problem; capable of observing, analyzing and seeing thoroughly, thereby being easy to adapt to any changes in life or work.
