All teenagers are different. But many like to spend their free time doing things like shopping, going to parties, hanging out with friends , making crafs , making models or other online activites: texting, waching movies, ....In my opinion , playing sports is the best leisure activity for teenagers. Fristly, physical exercise is good for mind, body and spirit. Especially when you join a team you can meet many people and it can be great to build you relationship. Secondly, playing sports for your physical health , it give you a healthy heart , strong muscles . Beside, teenagers who play sports, especially girls, are more likely to have a positive body image . They also are less likely to be overweight. In addition , it also helps you learn how to organize and manage your team, so you can improve your creativity . For these reasons, teenagers should play sports in their free time. However, we shouldn't play too much it won't be fine for your heath.

Nowadays, teenagers have many leisure activities such as: reading books, listening to music, watching television, playing sports and so on. However, I think the best activity for teenagers is hanging out with our best friends.

First, hanging out with our friends helps us widen communication skills. When we go for a walk in the park, supposing we meet the foreigners, surely we will greet and talk to them. I think communicating with foreigners helps us improve our English.

Second, hanging out helps us recover more interesting entertainments. Of course, we can recover alone, no matter how happier if we hang out with our best friend.

Last but not least, hanging out with our best friends can save our beautiful moments. Our group gather to take a photo with many different postures. This is one of the collections which is very memorable for us after the trip.
