1. Luu Huu Phuoc (1921-1989) was born in Can Tho in the Mekong Delta.

2. He studied in Ha Noi and served in the army during the anti-French and American resistance wars.

3. He was the leader of youth's movement and always had a tendency to associate his music with his political tasks.

4. He held an important position, including Head of the Music and Dance Department at the Ministry of Information and Culture and Director of the Music Research Institute

5. Friends remember him as a simple, friendly and kind-hearted musician and leader.

6. He wrote and composed many famous songs, such as: Bach Dang Giang, Tieng goi thanh nien

7. Luu Huu Phuoc is considered as a musician with the most popular Vietnamese Revolutionary song.

1. I am interested in the opportunity to volunteer in Greenleaf Child Center. I have experience working with children and would like to continue to do it.

2. Last year, I volunteered as a tutor at Friendship Village School and enjoyed being able to help children in the kindergaren to learn in a classroom. In my position, i assisted with classroom projects during Field trips.

3. For previous summer, I volunteered the children in my neighborhood by assisting football coaches and taught basic skills to small children.

4.If Greenleaf center is in a need of a dedicated volunteer, I am willing to have the opportunity to work with.

5. My schedule for the summer is flexible and i am available in the evening and weekend hours as well as during the day.
